Hello.... I am not only a proud Emu 2 owner, but also and Optigan owner too. The Blue Monday / Kraftwerk sound is indeed sampled from a Vako Orchestron's Choir disc. I have a disc for my Optigan, a very rare one called Vox Humana... its the same sound as the Orchestron Choir disc. Indeed, the sound quality on the Optigan/Orchestron is crap, but thats what makes it cool. But of course, this lo-fi charm was sub par when the Emu libraries were being created. -Sean Wolcott / Seattle http://www.flickr.com/photos/redroomnw On May 14, 2008, at 3:22 PM, rob wrote: > Hi > The Emulator I sample library includes a wide range of samples taken > via > Sony PCM F1, including the Optigan/Orchestron.
