Yes, there are ways to put the files you need on CD-Rom (ie: find someone who has a Mac with a SCSI CD burner, or load a PC reading extension: http://www.tempel.org/joliet/), but ultimately you will still *need* a working floppy drive if you value a hassle free legacy Mac experience.
