I KNOW!

That's why I'm crying for help !!

Should I clean the contacts of the chips / sockets somehow with
somewhat, or should I just plug them out and in again?
I need a special caliper tool for that, don't I ? 

And: Should all the I/O jacks be cleaned somehow, too?
(If I do all this effort, I'm willing to do it properly an GOOD).
BECAUSE I LOVE THIS MACHINE!
