Isn't the EII's mix output line level?
I don't know for certain but I'm guessing it would distort through a guitar pedal unless 
you plan on using something like a Reamp inbetween the EII and the wah (to bring the 
signal down to guitar level).
As for wah pedals - the most classic, recognisable sounds are always crybaby and vox.
