A mishap that occurred while setting up my Emulator in my new  
apartment broke the Mix Output jack on the rear.  The plastic shaft  
of the jack is broken, and the jack now seems to wiggle a bit where  
it is soldered to the output board.

The jack at first seemed usable in the interim, but every so often a  
loud Pop noise is produced from the audio output.  The last time it  
did that, I thought the output board was cooked, because the synth  
stopped producing sound entirely (even on the channel outputs)!   
Fortunately, the problem corrected itself after about half an hour;  
but needless to say, I'm not taking any chances by powering up the  
unit until this problem is fixed!

I don't trust myself with these kind of repairs.  Could someone be so  
kind as to recommend me someone familiar enough with the EII who  
could service my unit?  Ideally, I'd just like to send the output  
board to have the jack serviced, and not the whole synth.
