In an attempt to be different, I tried to use White EL foil for the
new backlight in my SP-12 (std Optrex part) and absolutely nothing
happened.
I took the stuff outside and plugged into a different inverter and
connected to the cigarette on my car and it glowed a brilliant white
so I know the problem had to be something with the E-mu inverter. I
don't think the E-mu part is failed. I don't know why the white colour
wouldn't work as opposed to the blue, I just thought I would let
everyone know not to try this. [w]
