Elektron Musical Instruments

thank you everybody for your help in this forum..
i just got the MD and the MnM today.

ehh i played the MD for about 30 minutes and the machine froze about 4 or 5 times.
what could be the problem ? should i send the machine back ?

whoa!  that sucks.  try a reset (hold FUNCTION when you power up, 
there's
an option there for it) to factory defaults or a soft reset.  that will 
more than
likely clear it up <crossing fingers>....  If it continues to act up, 
contact Elektron
tech support.

I have the same problem and it seems that a lot of people encounter this 
kind of problem. For myslef I think its an overheat issue because the 
machinedrum works correctly until the ambient temerature is about 30\ufffdC.

i try the factory reset . and it still freezes , now i am contacting elektron support.

I've never had a problem with a hot MD.
