Does anybody have a list of all the cc data going to the md for each channel?  The manual doesn't really hit this in a look it up and see kinda way.  It would be nice to have a list for each machine.

yeah, it takes a bit of constant arithmetic to figure out what's what, 
doesn't it?
I ran into the same thing when using Numerology with the MD and it kept
slowing me down :-)

Anyway, I think there's a file (pdf maybe) for this in the group's 
files section
that someone did.  It's more of a lookup table kind of thing.

yah that's all I need.  I figured out how the tables worked and could of made the list in about 15 minutes myself but if its already been done...

I remember typing out all of the controllers per-channel a couple 
years ago. Try getting 
the MachineDrum cakewalk instrument definition from the files area and 
look at the .ins 
file in a text editor. Yup, still here:

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
