I already sent an email to elektron in regard to this. They replied that paramater specific locks wouldn't be possible, but that perhaps they'd be able to implement parameter locks on the track level.

I just want to be able to use the slide feature to make my parmeter
locks flow smoothly (like it should). But I don't want it to affect
my notes when I program melodies using the sounds from the
Machinedrum. If I want to create a bassline without glides from note
to note, then I can't have my hihats doing complex filtering (with
the continuous sweeping) at the same time... that sucks. It either
affects everything or nothing. I don't see why elektron can't change
this. I know that LFO's can be used to a certain degree, but there
are some things that I would really like to do. I'm not sure if
Elektron knows of this issue... I haven't contacted them. If anyone
knows, or if anyone would tell them for me... well... that would be
cool. I can't believe that nobody has brought this up yet. It is a
fatal flaw that limits the potential of this machine by a lot.

If slide was implemented on the track level, then the locks on your hihats wouldn't effect the locks on your bassline. Elektron have indicated that this may be possible. What was ruled out was individual lock slides for all parameters.

Do you know what's funny? I thought that you were talking about
using slide with the actual "track levels"... the actual volume pot
on each track. When I had interpreted your response, I was baffled
as to what sense you were trying to make. When I realized that you
were talking about implementing slide on each individual track, I
felt absolutely bewildered. What the hell was I smoking??? Anyhow,
yeah... I'm glad that they might be able to do this... that means
very good things.
