Elektron Musical Instruments

Although nobody wants defective units, the fact that Elektron is so small
means you can call them up and they take responsibility for it, whereas the
huge corporations send you through a chain of red tape and bullshit before
spitting you out the other end with nothing to show for it.

I think it would be unreasonable to NOT expect a fair number of defectives
from a company like Elektron.  The fact that they actually fix it for you
until it works perfectly means there is no problem (unless you are really
impatient or obsessive in one of those ways).
