Is there a way to have different patterns for different kits? 
When I make a kit from scratch and also make some sequences 
for that kit,  the sequences and bpm's stay the same when I load 
a new kit. Is there a way to have different batches of sequences 
for all the different kits?

Wouldn't that be "Extended" mode, versus classic mode?  Of course song mode
would work for this, too.
