It says 'Extra Ball Edition'.
 
I think it just means that there are more available, the 'extra ball' possibly being a reference to playing pinball machines and getting an extra ball to play.
 
I want to know what the new product is that they are making, with the sewing machine pic and saying they are 'treading their needles'.

There was a very limited run of sidstations with a trackball  
controller for parameter editing.  For performance, it was treated  
like a dual-axis endless rotary controller.  What really made it  
unique, though, was that the trackballs were refurbished from  
original Centipede arcade consoles.  Needless to say when the supply  
of Centipede rigs depleted, the ball edition slipped into legend.

I must have missed that ball-kontrolling thing, never heard of it....

Extra ball i think refering to the swedish word ball.... that means something like cool.... 
extra tuff och extra häftig is more words that means almost the same...

I really like their humor at elektronHQ ... the sillburk on midsummer was so funny!!!
