I have. DnB is great on drum machines. ;-] Great way to get real good at complex percussion... lock yourself in a room with an XoX box and get DnB out of it for a few months. The more modern DnB would often want a decent sampler, so you might want to augment with a cheaper old rackmount or an ES-1 or ESX-1. The Machinedrum can trigger external sounds via midi, but it does eat away at tracks you could use for the internal "machines".
