If I remind correctly, Cubase SX can't sync to midi timecode, but only 
to midi clock...
Anyway the manual or the .pdf explain every parameter in the sync 
options

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
