Elektron Musical Instruments

Yeh MOTU is wack... they basically dropped all support of their MTP-AV
models with the parallel port interface.  We had all kinds of weird trouble
with that box at work and the tech support guys were like "Yeh we dont make
drivers for it anymore"... wtf??  No upgrade program so we just had to buy a
new USB version.  They were no help at all.

  The only worse tech support I've had from a music company than
EMU's is MOTU's.  Both of those companys have rude, irresponsive,
clueless pricks as tech support agents.  And if anyone here is
offended because you do tech support for either of those companies,
please feel free to contact me because I have issues that I need to
resolve! :)
