  Have they not "bothered to reply", or have they not "bothered to 
reply with what you want to hear?"

  I've had two support cases, and both times the Elektron support 
people were very communicative.  They weren't able to solve one of my 
problems (a loud buzz on the MD's outs which I found out much later 
had something to do with my house's wiring), but they definitely made 
every attempt.
