personally, i find it pretty "lame" to try and attack valid and
provable criticism the way you are doing it. 

its "unnecessary" to post and warn potential buyers of what
"surprises" may be in stock for them, oh its even "childish" to try
and give a perspective different from "wow everything is great" ?
pardon me then. I made the post in the best intention - to warn (yes,
warn) others to be aware of what things *could* (not "will") happen.

I feel qualified to judge the "excellent support" but it wouldn´t
be in line with your opinion so I better shut up.
