I agree. My fingers are usually not able to twist they knobs without
inadvertently changing values on other knobs...

I also think the method used for Fine vs. Coarse value adjustment
should be reversed.  When twisting in real time I usually want larger
steps...  pressing the knob while turning should be used for fine
adjustment instead.
