My focus would be to record changes of the global effects parameters, or to change mute settings using a trigger from the sequencer. The idea could be applied to other functions in a kind of mod matrix, maybe accent, swing amount, and other functions could be included. Some of these ideas could be worked around using multiple patterns and the song sequencer, but I think it would be cool if do these types of things on the fly. Shortcuts are cool and liberating. jdb
