Elektron Musical Instruments

Hello to you all,

Im a new MD user, i have only been using this wonderful machine for a 
few days and i have grasped all is functions, however the slide 
function evades me, can someone explain a practical use for this?, i 
understand the principle but if someone could show me an example i 
would be grateful.
