It might be worth contacting Elektron directly if you haven't already.  They
might be able to point you in the right direction and give you tips.  Or a
quote for fixing it outright.  :)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
