Elektron Musical Instruments

I've only been sing it for a short time, so sorrect me
if I'm wrong, ut wouldn't it be possible to
quickly create such an app using Reaktor?  You could sipmly
lay out 1090 or so knobs onto the screen, configure the MIDI
controller number and label for each one appropriately?
