If so, are > there any fixes or workarounds? > > Cheers, > > Dave. i would suggest to buy the MD UW. i recieved mine upgraded yesterday and spent last nite loading some of my own samples and tweaking around. i have used many others but this machine is lightyears ahead of any other drummachine. the interface is superb, the 12bit sound is punchy and you can so easily mangle the sounds into another dimension while still retaining the musicality. it sounds great. i dont know about cubase sync but the MD clock is rock solid maybe theres something wrong with cubase ;) i sequence many synths and a sampler with the MD UW alone with excellent results. i have used cubase in the past but i will NEVER do that again as long as the MD UW is around. this machine changes your approach to sequencing and it is far superior. to anyone considering purchasing a MD UW i STRONGLY reccomend it. to ELEKTRON development team thanks for creating the worlds tuffest drummachine.
