complete beats?  certainly, along with fx and even some
melodic elements, but you may have a faster go at the latter
with the monomachine.  i've got a lot of synths in my
little bedroom studio, but post-moving laziness has kept me
working with just the mono and md, and i'm well pleased with
the results.
