Via the mod wheel if you program it that way but not via keyboard.  Downside, but all the 
other features kick serious ass.  This is the first midi controller I have ever been happy 
with.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
