As I'm a bit accustomed to music translation, translate the things that 
are not current in the day by day musician talk. For example 
Attack/Decay/Sustain/Release is rather universal, we do translate 
Attack in French, but it's because words are very similar (attaque). 
Percussion names also are not to be translated for the most part 
(moving territory). But you have still plenty of stuff you may put in 
Russian, like the distortion controls, or characteristics of waves.

I even found a fun equivalent for dampness! :D

If something is difficult, leave it! Maybe someone will give the 
solution or a consensus will arise to leave it alone.
