None in the $70 kit, I opted for the $15 circuit board and acquired the rest of the components from my junk boxes and local sources. As you can see by my pics, the 8 - 1/2" standoffs were used to make 4 - 1" standoffs, nutted to hold the circuit board and epoxy bonded to the front panel. > > does it come with the a power connector that can be > used with a DotCom system? No, it's designed to run on a 9 volt drycell - I bought a few dot.com style connectors from Digikey a while ago for these sorts of projects. I think they were a whopping 20 cents each. The circuit will take +6 to almost +17 although the response seems best at +15vdc. > > did you use a single or double width panel for > mounting it? Double. And you'll need every bit of panel space to host the 11 pots and 6 switches. Matter of fact, mine was a dot.com double that had been very badly mis-drilled for some experiment or other that the previous owner had done, and then covered up using a Moog sticker! ;) I took my sheet metal nibbler tool in hand and carved out the rest of the frame, then topped it with a 4"w X 8"h piece of 1/16" thick 3003 aluminum plate. This was then bolted on and THEN drilled for the WSG controls, painted flat black and baked before final assembly. Rather a bit of a Heath Robinson effort, but I was determined to salvage that double wide panel in some fashion! The nibbs were also recycled! > > thank you > > James > Cheers! -Erik
