I figured I'd take this offline.  I understand your comments below.  I suspect there would be a fair interest in this module since the MIDI interface for the dot com is not all that hot.  Hot Rod MOTM was listed on the Oakley site as a source of the MOTM panel and your site was listed as a source of parts list for US builders.

The PolyDAC panel is resonably straight forward, except there is a fairly large number of holes to be drilled.  Looks like 22 3/8" holes, 9 1/4" holes and two midi connectors.

Anyway, it was just an idea, another would be the Miniwave for dot com.

BTW, I am about to drill the two panels you sold me for the time machine.  Any suggestions on how to make sure it comes out OK.  I have never drilled a dot com panel before.  Thanks.
