This is an audio CD, I thought it was Disklavier music that was
sought. Zenph Studios produced a CD of the 1955 recording by Gould
for the Live Performance LX system. It is amazing. As far as I know
it was produced only for the LX but it might be released in other
formats in the future? If you like Bach and or Gould you should make
it a point to hear this performance on an LX piano.

Hi George, since I just moved to a new city all my CDs still are in cartoon boxes, but I remember having a 2 or 3 CD set with (2 audio, 1 Midi) but my memory is not very good these days, so maybe I am wrong.
(I can remember the cover and is not any of the ones in amazon)
(the audio CDs have the original version and the disklavier Reconstruction, this ones I have here in the HD as MP3)

It seems that the Glen Gould CD is one thing and the MIDI files a different one.(not from Zenph)

This is a lifeless sequencer arrangement from the sheet music. It is
so metronomic as to put anyone to sleep. The velocity is fixed at
two or possibly three levels an sticks at each level for long
periods. There is absolutely no musical performance to it.
I have not listened to it yet but there is one recording for the Yamaha E-Comp of 2004. Here is the copied info from my file that adds metadata to LX files. Should be able to use this to find it on the Yamaha site. My guess is that it is much better than either of the previously recommended "performances".

There is a wrong link for the complete program of Vera Oussetskia on
the E-Comp site for the regular MIDI files. It is correct for the HI
res. The Goldberg Vars as a single work is correctly linked.

I listened to the E-comp performance listed below and it is not very
good. Also just the first 14, not the whole set of variations. I do
not generally like Bach on the piano. Most pianists play Bach
without any feeling. There are notable exceptions and when they
arise they can be truly remarkable. Gould's performance is one of
these. I could listen to it every day and I am not a big Bach fan. I
gave up on the E-Comp performance after about 2 minutes.
