Disklavier

Hi,

My 15 month old daughter pressed the on/off button of disklavier many times.
Somehow, out DC1A model's silent feature is no longer working.  The error
message displayed reads "Silent Mute Pedal Error."  When I turn on the
Diskavier, the entire key shifts slightly. 

We bought a brand new DC1A last October.  So, we are going to call for a
technician under warranty.  Since many of you know a lot about disklavier, I
wanted to ask if anyone had this error before.... and how to fix this
problem.
