The most current manual version 1.8 which I edited and produced, can be found on the download link page along with current version of program at:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/dkvbrowser/files/

The documentation link yields the old manual version .99 that Nancy originated and is outdated.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
