If I take my laptop relatively close to the piano and search for wifi connections seen by the laptop, it picks up the piano as though it were a wireless router.  It shows in the wifi list as DKCxxxxxx so if you try the same and don't see the piano wifi, there could be something wrong with the piano IO box.

Also check if the piano switches on correctly and you get to a solid bright green light on the power button.

If you do see the piano on the laptop wifi search, you could try using the iPhone app to control the piano.  If that works it could be the PRC100 has lost connection to the piano and needs to run the piano search again or it could be faulty.
