Donal, Thanks for your reply! I think you have hit the nail on the head. Bottom line is it’s a piano not a stereo. They want to be able to stand next to the piano sitting on a hard tile floor with the lid fully up and have a conversation. I do still need to check the calibration. Are there directions for that in service manual? Calibrate the piano for your customer to get the best low volume acoustic performance and tell them to use the digital piano with the silent system through a set of speakers so they can have a low volume as they need.
