My view is that all player pianos are too loud for a normal sitting room for background music when you have guests. Calibrate the piano for your customer to get the best low volume acoustic performance and tell them to use the digital piano with the silent system through a set of speakers so they can have a low volume as they need. Acoustic pianos make noise. In fact the pedals and keys moving are louder than the piano sound itself.
