Disklavier

Hi Herb,

Can he access the memory disks? If so, all music is gone from each of the 16 memory disks?

I have a client here in CT with a Disklavier with the DKC55rcd Control unit. He has owned it about ten years. He has made many recordings of himself playing over the years. Recently, his young daughter was recording herself playing, and while the song was saving to a memory disk, she, by accident shut the unit off. Now my client cannot access any of the music he had stored on the unit. Is there a way to restore his music, or could it all be lost ?
