polaris memory expansion

is there a current source for the polaris expansion memory chips? i think someone somewhere said a particular Hitachi chip would work. any proven suggestions?

other manufacturers with similar part numbers. They need to have a standard
28-pin JEDEC pinout, 5V supply, data retention down to 2V, standby current
of a few microamps, 150ns access time or faster.
