Will HW6264P-12 Chips Work For Memory Upgrade?

Hey everyone,
I came across these chips at my local electronic store. I know the
6264's will work, but does the P-12 mean anything? The ones in my
board right now are the 6116's and their extension is LP-3(HM6116LP-
3). I figured I'd try putting a couple in there anyway to see if they
do work, but just thought I'd try asking here first. Thanks a lot.
