Rhodes Chroma Polaris

i got the manuals down loaded, from rhodeschroma.com and after checking
them out i think the problem is else where. I performing the factory
reset, and cannot make a scratch patch. all buttons seem to work
(poorly) but no sound. the head phone output makes a loud humming and
thats it.
i have tried reseating connections inside, and nothing.
it did work yesterday for about an hour then went silent.
a Mystery
any ideas anyone?

Let me know if you figure this problem out. I've had one for 3 years with
the same symptoms. It's in the shop now waiting in line to be looked at.
