Rhodes Chroma Polaris

hi everybody, i will admit it, i just got my polaris, and after
powering it up and playing it a while, i messed about on the menus and
then it stopped making noise, and after reading all the posts on this
site i think that i have done the factory reset by mistake, i cannot
get any sound from it , o Shit.

i wish i could blame this one on the dog,

from what i read i could not have done a worse thing, how screwed am i?
i have found it impossable to download the manual from several sites.
so i dont know what the calibration process involves, i am not very
electronicly minded :[ what do you have to do to fix it?
i kindly ask for any advice on where to go from hear, i know im a,
plonker! i only got about an hours use from it, and it sounded great.
thanks for taking the time to read my sob story.
any advice would be awsome.
