first voice of oscillator 2 out of tune

Hi there,
Andreas here from Germany, excuse my awful english.
I have a problem with the first voice of the oscillator 2 from my fantastic chroma polaris.
They don´t go in tune and oscillatet from octave to octave faster.
I have change the 3374 VCO chip but it is still the same as before.
Maybe anyone can help me.
