Rhodes Chroma Polaris

the panel is connected and works well as expected, new
mixed soundbanks, new batteries..so far so good.
(thats support!)but i noticed some harsh scratchy sounds and the master
fader doesn't work,(i hope there is a software elimination?)
so is there any maybe pictured description about changing or repairing/soldering this fader. maybe an easy way out?

no one has a solution for this fader issue?

Check the photo area for details on my DIY fader conversion.

I will be making my original faders available to those who need them as soon as I'm done with my Polaris rehab. 2-3 weeks.
