Since the membrane switch tails always fail eventually, are you sure your problem is with the connector? Anyway, they're called Trio-mate connectors, and they're made by Tyco Electronics. Digikey stocks the 7-pin ones, and Mouser stocks the 7- and 10-pin ones.
