A good
price is whatever you think it is worth to you. I got mine here in the USA
for around $200, which to me was a very, very, very good price.
Almost as good as my garage sale $35 Moog Prodigy in the box with manual back in
the 80's. ;) This was about 5 years ago. It is dead mint,
original manual, tapes, both pedals, everything. I posted the factory tape
patches to the Emagic Sounddiver user group couple years ago or so for everybody
to enjoy. I love to program it on the fly and record via MIDI the slider
changes live. It is one of my favorite pieces, very unique sound (much
different than my Super Jupiter, Moog Prodigy, Oberheim Matrix 1000, Arp Omni
or Sequential Circuits SixTrack). The sound is both thick and
thin at the same time. In stack mode, this thing is monster.
Absolutely gorgeous. Just before self oscillating the filter, a string pad
is soooo whispy and clean... Did I hear Vangelis?
Mine
has wigged out once, but a reset did the trick. It had been off for a long
time. The membrane switches are requiring more effort, but still work
fine. Probably a good idea to do program changes from a master synch or
computer anyway to lengthen the lifespan.
Kind
of strange getting email on this group. I forgot it existed. Haven't
heard anything in a long, long time.
Peace
out,
