do I see that only Qty 2 RAM chips are installed - and those are 6116's?
Paul D. can confirm, but before I'd expect you'd otherwise be able to
see 'normal' operation I'd expect that more RAM would be needed (either
as more chips - or different chips) - e.g., at least Qty 2 6264's - or
Qty 8 6116's:
