I ordered a set of replacement membrane panels from Paul as my Polaris (which I bought used as-is) had no sound and also no response from the membrane panels which stayed lit up in one formation constantly.
At any rate following the replacement of the panels meticulously following Paul's installation instructions, I find myself in the exact same situation: No sound, same unresponsive lit up membrane panel.
I sent Paul a message to see his thoughts; I can confirm that the internal LED cr10 is on.
Anyone have any ideas where to start looking for the possible cause of this?
