I think the second seller copied some of the text from the other eBay seller. This is pretty common on eBay as I have had people steal text and pictures from me.

They are supposedly from two different sellers in two different places. They
have the same problem (a missing slider knob). The descriptions contain some
of the same verbiage and the same spelling errors, including "it turns on
but i can not guaranutee that it is in full working condition due to the
fact that i do not have the equiptment to find out". The first item has been
posted many times recently, so it's probably legitimate (but I don't think
he's going to get $1000 for an untested Polaris). The second one is a new
listing.
