Thanks guys, as it turns out, the last track I did I had set a constant sustain and glide on the Polaris in Cubase for a bending arpeggio, I didn't realize that this would set the LF, C-10 to an ON position that would be retained when the unit was powered down (nothing else is retained in terms of global button settings when I power it down....). So, that WAS indeed the problem doh! I had no clue even, since it WOULD play in poly mode when first turned on! Whew...dilemma solved in the nick of time!
