CGS29, wave mult. Do I get enough folds ?

CGS29, wave mult. Do I get enough folds ?

2016-06-06 by Julien Pauty

Hello guys,

I've been playing with my wave multiplier. Sonically it seems to work, but
I'm wondering if I get the correct number of folds, hence I may have some
error in my build.

I've built the version 1 Rev 2 (with four stages).

I've watched the folded signal on my scope and it seems there are only two
folds. I was expecting to see more folds. Maybe I don't know how to count
the folds.

I'm attaching a shot of the input signal and the folded signal. Fold is
turned to the max.

Thanks,

Julien

PS: I also asked on muffwiggler. I'll update the topic there I get an
answer here before.

1) you attatchement was removed, so we can't see it.
2) the folds are all crushed together around the zero-crossing point of the wave, so you have a bunch when the wave goes up, and another bunch when the wave goes down, all very close together.
