CGS116 VC-ADSR sustain problem

Re: CGS116 VC-ADSR sustain problem

*bump* anyone want to take a stab at this? could you at least tell me if it is normal or not? i also recently discovered that inputting a DC offset voltage into the sustain CV gets it to be pretty high, but obviously I'd like to set the sustain amount with my knob... could it be a pot value mistake?

I don't know what is going on off hand. no one else has mentioned having
problems. I do not currently have one in my system, so I can't comment on
normal behavior or not.

I couldn't tell you what the problem is, but I can confirm that you have
one. With sustain at maximum, decay shouldn't even register.

If I were you, I would start by checking the resistor values of R23, 24,
25, 26, 27, 28 and the orientation of diode 3 and 4. Look for bad solder
joints in that region, too. Maybe you put an 820k resistor instead of a 82k
resistor for R27 or something
