Master divider modification.

There is a modification needed on the Master divider PCBs:
A 1N4148 diode needs to be wired between 0 volts (anode) and the junction of
the 10n and 47k resistor associated with the RESET input (cathode).
Yes, it's the same as the mod needed on the gate sequencer.
